Funds Available for DC Artists and Arts Organizations The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities provides grants to individuals and nonprofit organizations. The Commission is supported primarily by District government funds and in part by the National Endowment for the Arts. The Commission's Guide to Grants book offers information about Commissioners, grant programs and the grants process.
